How to cook meat perfectly...

Put your grill or fry pan (without the meat) in your oven for about 10 minutes on some high temp. Then pull out the hot pan and turn on the broiler. Put your meat on the hot pan and stick under the broiler for about 5 minutes (depending on how well you like it, but 10 minutes would probably be well done). There is no need to turn the meat or put more seasoning on it - it comes out juicy and cooked perfectly every time.
