If he isn't doing drugs, physically or mentally abusing her then let it run its course with minimum comment from you. Open your home to them (I don't necessarily mean for overnights but just so she isn't skulking around outside the house.) Kill him with kindness and that will take the heat out of the rebellion if that is what the relationship is about. Keep a watching brief and don't comment unless you're asked. She knows how you feel but you keeping the door open for her is important.
