Put an equal amount of milk, mayo and cheese in a pyrex measuring cup. For a little use 1/4 cup of each. For more use 1/2 c. each. Use best quality mayo and any kind cheese. I use cheddar, american cheese or swiss. Micro several minutes, stirring every minute til well mixed. Will thicken as it cools ( but will not get very thick.) Add a little mustard or other seasonings, if desired. Great this way -Cover a clean head , medium size) of cauliflower with plastic wrap and micro 9 min. Sprinkle with salt and pour over cheese sauce.Sprinkle with paprika. Also, good over broccoli.
