How to shell hard boiled eggs easily and quickly?

Put cooked eggs into a sink of iced water and tap the shell fairly firmly on side of sink until well cracked (more the better), leave to cool to stop yolks from having that grey rim. Roll the egg around firmly in the palms of your hands. The shell will fall off. NOTE: Eggshells (MUST be cooked) are a good source of calcium for your dog, mixed with a little cod liver oil (for heart and joints) and garlic (for blood). My dogs love it!
