Take control of your situation. If you dont make him happy, as he says, let him go, why let him make you miserable? Life is far too short to be in a one sided relationship and once you have made the decision and told him, you will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. I was married for 10 years to a man who loved his friends more than me, I eventually left as there is only so much you can do. I am now very happy and he lives with regret.
